How I work

 I like to use various techniques and approaches tailored to each client's needs. Most of my work entails advanced energy-healing methods to help heal not only whats is present but also generational trauma, and relational blockages in the system. Each person is unique so each approach is different.

Emotion Release Technique (ERT)

Emotion Release Technique™ is a holistic method of psycho-emotional therapy.

 

Emotion Release Technique™ or ERT is a tool to help identify and integrate underlying emotional blocks. These underlying emotions can contribute to disharmony in the body leading to symptoms or undesirable patterns or behaviours in the subconscious.

The method is based on the findings that neuropeptides are released during times of stress, and can attach to receptors on the neurons and cells of tissues throughout the body.  This mind and body connection explains why stored emotions may contribute to pain, illness and disease, and how clearing those emotional energies could provide potential benefits. 

Emotion Release Technique™ combines touch, muscle response and subconscious memory recall to help clients of all ages tap into and release these emotions.

My Approach

I am committed to providing my clients with a compassionate and non-judgmental environment to help them work through where they are stuck, whether its seeking support, navigating a crises or major life change or wanting someone in your corner that can give you practical tools and guidance no matter where you are at. I like to work collaboratively with you as healing isn't linear as we uncover the layers and release whats no longer serving you for yourhighest good. 

 

 I offer appointments via Zoom or voxer.
