What is Emotion Release Technique (ERT)? ERT is a holistic psycho-emotional therapy that combines touch or tapping on the meridian points , muscle response and subconscious memory recall to identify and release emotional blocks stored in the body. The method is based on the findings that neuropeptides are released during times of stress and can attach to receptors on the neurons and cells of tissues throughout the body. This mind-body connection explains why stored emotions may contribute to pain, illness, and disease, and how clearing those emotional subconscious responses could provide potential benefits.
-
What does ERT help with? ERT can help with a variety of physical, emotional and behavioural issues such as

What kind of behaviour changes occur? Behaviour is never random. It’s a response to something happening beneath the surface and it gives us clues. Behavioural change is essential for any real transformation. Every behaviour is being driven by something deeper. A subconscious belief, a protective pattern, or a nervous system response. Instead of trying to override behaviour, ERT assesses what’s driving it at the level of the nervous system and subconscious. When we address the underlying driver, the behaviour changes because the nervous system no longer needs to run that pattern.
-

-
